Absolutely awesome place. Amazing friendly staff, lovely comfortable rooms, great food, stunning views. Breakfast was great. There was only two members of staff on breakfast and they worked their socks off to meet everyone's requests and get breakfast out. They deserve great praise as they did such a great job. We will 100% be visiting there again. The whole experience was wonderful and we felt very relaxed when we left. Thank you so much to all the staff for a wonderful night

Staff are nice enough, rooms resemble a holiday camp style, cooked breakfast was cold served on cold plates.

Just stayed here for a company christmas party. Had a lovely big spacious room(28) overlooking the valley and golf course. Would be beautiful in the summer. All reception and serving staff helpful and friendly. We had a lovely christmas meal and had a nice buffet breakfast in in the morning. There was a spa centre but we didn't have time to use this visit. Will certainly return sometime.

Best location near Swindon for a safe and quiet stay. Swimming pool and Sauna were plus ❤️❤️This place has multiple types and views rooms for almost same price. We booked through trip.com which saved us few bucks too 👻. We booked the rooms with morning breakfast just so you know , they need you to order things like hash brown/beans if you are there in bulk so they can accommodate for those many people. We were all girls group for overnight stay and we felt it was one of the safest staycation property.

Love Love love. Pretty location. Close to places of interest. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel cat is a plus. Very cute back story. Food excellent breakfast, lunch, dinner all of an equally high standard. Room was beautiful sleigh bed, pretty wallpaper clean and beautifully presented throughout. Spa was also great used all facilities on offer. A one day stay felt like a week. Well done everyone. We will be back for a longer stay next time.

Fabulous weekend spent at the hotel and spa with friends (4 couples getting together). The rooms in the courtyard area are HUGE a d everything you could wish for is included, even complimentary access to the hotel's spa. The food was superb (generous portions also), however what really made the weekend special for us was the service received from the staff. They were outstanding, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention must go to Lewis and Hana - both are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you guys!

Could be nice - isn't. The staff haven't a clue, a barman that couldn't use a corkscrew or make a Bloody Mary, a waiter who had never heard of a casserole, stained carpets and chairs in the bar, cold damp bedrooms give you a favour if how poor this place is. There was a fire alarm, staff had no idea what to do, there was no fire h Marshall, staff didn't evacuated the hotel to the muster area, nobody checked the rooms or did a headcount, my wife was swimming at the time of the alarm and was asked by a member of staff if there was anyone left in the pool area. My wife said that she didn't think so, but the member of staff didn't check, just wandered off. The only highlight was that the food, whilst not exciting or adventurous was tasty. The pizza and drinks were horrendously expensive . We were stunned to find that the basil we paid £2 for to be added to our pizza consisted of just 2 small leaves!

Stayed here for two days and really loved the experience- got one of the rooms in the courtyard so can park my car outside the room. Very relaxed and peaceful environment. Loved the spa facilities and breakfast options. Staff were very friendly- Felt odd as I felt a bit sad when departing- this was unusual as I’ve go away quite frequently to different short stay hotels. Would defo choose this place when next in Wiltshire Yassir Mohammed

Had a couple of nights there made a good base to explore the area hotel and spa was nice ( petty £2 charge for extra towel) would definitely stay there again.

Super lunch today. Beautiful views from the conservatory over the garden & surrounding land. Gina & Paulina looked after us , so attentive & delightful & made us feel very welcome - thankyou . Our food was great. The chef made gluten free battered seabass - perfect . What a gem of a place , looking forward to our next visit

Good location and easy to commute around Cotswolds. Excellent view in veranda in restaurant. Pool is clean though not very big. Service is satisfactory, Staff is friendly day and helpful. Room is spacious, satisfactory amenities as it comes with the price.

I thought this place was great and exactly what I was after. A relaxing no frills peaceful getaway in the Cotswolds. I think it delivers exactly on what it advertises. Spa is wonderful and had best massage of my life and I think the food was great too. Beautiful property and grounds and I think they delivery a good level of quality while remaining unpretentious. Rooms are superb, and there is even a friendly old cat called Doris. Only gripe is the ‘optional’ service charge to bills, it’s an americanism and I just think you’re better than that.

We made a booking on-line for two us, buying two courses each for dinner in it’s restaurant. When we showed up, staff had no idea. We had our dinner, nothing outstanding. At the moment of settling up the bill, we were charged for the whole price, we tried to explain the the person working there, he was not able to manage a any answer. On the checking out, for third time we commented with the lady at the desk, she pretended to care, but didn’t. Charged us for the full amount. We were back, she apologized for it, made a refund but only £30, half of the courses. Lowly recommended.

Started here for a wedding. It wasn't perhaps the nicest room but affordable and well located with friendly staff. Bathroom was big though!

There seems to be a discrepancy in how the staff present themselves. Several staff are well presented and well mannered. While others need to remind themselves what industry they're in. When you're handling people's food you shouldn't be rubbing your eyes and face and using your mobile as you walk through the lobby. I chose not to eat there because of this lack of hygiene. Room and facilities are above the norm. Clean and tidy. Very pleasant stay.

The hotel was nice in aspect of location. The room was clean. Even we asked to clean the room, they tidied only the bed but towels not changed. The only disadvantage was the breakfast. The variety was quite restricted and the dining space was tiny so we had to wait even we were asked what time we would pop. At least they made up by preparing our next breakfast and bringing it to our rooms. The pool was fair.

We are doing the Thames walk so we are staying at a few different hotels along the way. This is one of the best , our room is big and comfortable,the swimming pool is nice, the bar is big going into a conservatory opening onto a terrace with great views. We had a lovely dinner at the bar. All the staff were very friendly.
